It's like the past few days have been a fast. I have not eaten that much food, due to A) vomiting, B) being scared of vomiting, C) a depressed appetite, D) an upset stomach.
It is no fun at all! I have been trying to eat, but either am not hungry or feel that it would not set well on the stomach. I had some cottage cheese and peaches for supper...so good! So good to eat!
Hopefully tomorrow is a better day. Heck, it will be. I'm going to eat all kinds of stuff.

I'm not a scientist, but I am sort of worried about muscle catabolism (is that the right term?) My wrists look smaller, but maybe I am just delirious. I don't think 3 days of not eating that much will cause the wrists to shrink.

Pizza sounds really good right now. Maybe I should get some. I don't know. I will let you know tomorrow if I went to get pizza or not.

Okay, you got me to look up "catabolism". I'm still not sure what it is.
Maybe you're just dehydrated. I usually go with the notion that, if you're craving something, maybe that's what your body needs. So if pizza is on your mind, pizza is what you need. Just maybe don't eat the whole thing in one sitting?
Perhaps it's atrophy. Muscle atrophy. Dehydration could be the case as well. I weighed 4 lbs less after today's run because of dehydration.
I agree with Abby. Eat the pizza. Eat it all. Well, maybe you should listen to Abby on that one as well. Don't eat it all you want to and it doesn't make you throw up. I've got my fingers crossed for you not to vomit. Best of luck!
