8 miles in morning
3 miles in afternoon.
Saturday
Arnel Week 1 in morning
5 in afternoon (threw in 10 x 10 variation pushups during run).
70 seconds ab planks each side
175 miles on Fireroad A

Abby, you asked if you should do PT all at once or throughout the day. From a physiological standpoint, I really don't know, but I think it is just as beneficial to split up workouts. That way, you are sure to complete all the reps and such, plus you may tack on a bit more. It also makes workout more manageable, I think. If you have a bunch of stuff to do, it is easier to break it down.
Any PT is good, so just do whatever you think is best for you and works best with your schedule.
