The legs were sort of sore today, but that is good. That means that I am actually doing something. Went for a really easy 8. I saw a pack of horses in a corner of a field. One of them looked like it was outside the fence. There could have been an electric wire strung there, but I was not sure; I did not have my glasses on. I stopped at a nearby house and knocked on the door. A white truck was parked in the driveway, so I thought someone would be home, but no one answered the door. A dog ran around from the side of the house though. It looked like a pretty good dog. I petted it.

B2: pullup (6)
C1: bodybuilder (10)

Later in the day did band exercises: bicep, tricep (3 x 10), wrist (10 each)
Finished off today with 70 seconds plank each side and 20 neck each way.

That was kind of you to try and possibly keep a horse from running wild.
Did you do the PT workout after your run? That's an interesting, and looks like, a challenging workout.
How did it feel?
Also, are the lunges forward, backward, sides, or all?
Lastly, when are you going to post on your other blog about your California trip?
Glad the dog was nice and didn't bite you, the horse too for that matter.
I'm wondering about these PT exercises. Is it best to do them in succession, or does one get the same benefit if they're broken up throughout the day?
