Decided not to run.

Recovery day...legs don't hurt at all...ice bath was good!

35...felt awesome! 5 legs of 7...4th was hardest...did not cramp...felt pretty good...like I had only run about 20 or so. Took 15 mintue ice bath...made sure to eat enough...In 24 hours, consumed five Powerbars, a gallon of Gatorade, a tube of Pringles, bowl of gritz, piece of bread.
