New Route, Etc.

Easy run on new route in country. 1 mile out, 3 miles right, 2 miles right, 3 miles right, 1 mile home. Felt pretty good. Just trotted along. Took some walking breaks when I felt like walking a little. Saw a lot of geese.

Q = 5, E = 5

Ran to work, at the breaks, and ran home. Not the funnest running ever, but at least I got it done. A bit of rain coming down when I came home. 60 degrees when I went to work; 42 when I came home.

Planning another PT workout for tomorrow.

Ate a Ben meal at around 11:30 pm, a meal of Honey Bunches of Oats. It is a good, easy meal. I was sort of hungry.

Sounds like a nice 10-mile route, and so far you're sticking to the plan!

That's a quality meal you had there. Quick, easy to make, easy clean-up, and tastes delicious. If you like Raisin Bran head to Super Saver and pick up some Organic Raisin Bran. It's good stuff too.

I like how you squeeze in 4 miles from work. That's hardcore.

Good PT numbers also. It's a little hard trying to balance PT with higher mileage weeks.
