Here are some answers to some things:
1) To add a link, highlight whatever and then click up on the icon that looks like a chain over a greenish ball, at the top of the pane to the left of the text justification thinger. That is how you can be like "hey, click HERE," and it will take you someplace awesome.
2) As for a swimming program, I do not know what I will follow. I plan to get back in the pool next week. Hickam has a pool that I can go swim at...and also they have an area where people can open water swim. That would be good, I think, and fun, too, with the waves and stuff.
3) I have been getting in a medium to high amount of PT. My pullup max is at about 90% of where it was in December, so that is good. I have been cranking out big sets of pushups and abs too, so it is all good.

Today I might have felt a little weak or something, maybe from a sickness of some sort, but not enough to really get me down. I did a little tempo-type run at 7:00 am, so that is good. It was a good start to the day.
I have been playing a lot of Mafia Wars on facebook. It is awesome...except that it starts to become addictive and you end up spending way too much time doing it...so maybe don't even start!

Last year's winner of the Hawaii Ironman busted out a 2:45 marathon after swimming 2.4 miles and biking 112! That is simply INCREDIBLE!

Peace out.

So how long do you get to play in Hawaii?
I've heard that pool swimming is quite a bit different than open water, but I guess it's better than nothing.
We swim in a big lake in the summer. It's less crowded and cheaper than the fancy pools, not that I want to do a triathlon.
It would probably be good to get in some open water training. It might be good indeed.
PT? Yes, keep busting out those PT sets. You are a beast.
