Day off from Running, Good PT

Took the day off from running. Watched about 2 hours of The Office. Watched a documentary about the Navy SEALS in the evening. Practiced for 3 hours.

Did some PT:

5 max pullup sets, 90 seconds rest between each set: 20, 10, 7, 8, 6 = 51 total
9 x 30 abs = 270 total
9 x 25 push = 225 total
3 x 20 dips = 60 total

A good day. Ready and EXCITED to run tomorrow!

It's good to take time off from running and get in some quality PT.

Two hours of The Office? I bet that was a hilarious two hours. A funny show that is.
