Some Thanksgiving PT

Some good Thanksgiving PT.

2 sets Variation Pushups w/ 20 ab between each variation:

200 pushups
400 abs

10 x 8 pullups = 80
4 x 20 dips = 80
2 x 30 neck = 60

Planning to do fire haulers and a 2 mile run this afternoon. Am hoping that the hip will not hurt! I will give thanks if it doesn't.

Threw in 2 x 95 fire haulers, with 15 minutes in between. Good stuff.

This was the 1st Thanksgiving in as long as I can remember where I didn't overeat. I am proud of myself. I feel good. I am going to eat a bowl of cereal now. I can, because I didn't overeat at lunch! Ha ha! Ha!

Great job on not over eating. Being massively hungry can sometimes be just as painful as overly full.

Solid PT. I like the numbers you put down.

You cranked up the fire haulers. 75 to 95. Did you notice a difference? Did they feel good?

I ended up not running. At least I thought about it...I went running today (Dec 2) though. The hip felt great! The extra days off helped, I am sure.
