Friday, Week 3.....Ready

Today was another off from running so I can get ready to run 25 tomorrow. Hooray! This will be the first LONG RUN of training...from now on it goes up by 5 each week.

Did 22 supersets this morning, for a total of 660 abs and 660 pushups. Later in the day I did a mow workout, in which I threw in some pullups while I was mowing. Usually I would take off the bag, run quickly and dump the grass and leaves under the bushes, run over to the tree, jump up and knock out 10 pullups, then run back to the mower and continue. Was going to do more than 2 sets of 10 each, but decided not too...don't want to be sore for tomorrow.

Abs: 660
Push: 660
Pull: 100

Very anxious to see how the long run goes since I have not been eating meat since Monday or Sunday...maybe it will go completely awesome...who knows? I will let you know tomorrow...

Get keep packin' those carbs.

The long run is going to be interesting for me as well considering how much sleep I've been getting lately.

I remember Anton told me once that he ran on less than normal amount of sleep and that he ran in the same time that he would normally run. Except, it seemed like more effort. I guess that means it's a mental game. We'll see how it goes.

I think it's going to rock, solid!
