I have a sad face!

I posted a workout a bit back...the Mammoth Abs...maybe I didn't word it clearly enough...
This workout only has TWO sets. Each set is
Situp
Crunch
Reverse Crunch
Left Crunch
Right Crunch
Leg Lever
Flutter Kick
Half Situp
with no rest between each kind of ab exercise. So, if you do 20 of each, you do 160 abs without any rest! That's why it starts to burn. After you finish your last situp, immediately go into the Reverse Crunch, without any rest at all!
Then you take a 1 minute break and then do the 2nd big set...
This workout is, for me, one of the toughest...you can fell the burn like no other!

Weakness pours our of the body.
Sad you are leaving Hawaii, but it's ok because you'll get to see the folks again and then you'll go to another cool place.
One place should hog the wonderfullness of the Charles. You're like happiness or a vaccine, you shouldn't be kept in one place, you should be all over.
Sorry for the sad face, but that just means you had happy face in Hawaii, so good.
I get the Ab workout now. That IS a big set! I must try.
Oh, by the way, could you pleez explain "leg lever"?
