A few days ago I ran and did a workout. I think it was Thursday. Actually, it was Thursday.
I ran 5 miles. It felt good.
I did a workout. I did 15 sets of 7 pullup, 20 pushup, 25 crunch. Inside I did 2x50 arm hauler, 5 x 20 dips, 40 neck each.
Totals:
375 crunch
300 pushup
105 pullup
100 dips
100 arm hauler
40 neck.

Nice workout...a few days ago.
It's now one degree here in Omaha. It's cold. I plan to run tomorrow. It should be interesting.
